1. Introduction

333g operates an English-language online betting platform offering cricket sportsbook wagering, live casino games, slot titles, Rooster Rumble, Racing, and related entertainment products, primarily serving players located in Bangladesh. All services are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) and are made accessible in English.

These Terms are in addition to any product-specific rules published on the 333g platform for individual games, tournaments, and promotional campaigns. In the event of a conflict between a product-specific rule and these Terms, the product-specific rule will prevail in respect of that product only. In all other respects, these Terms govern the relationship between 333g and the Player.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 333g platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To open and maintain an account with 333g, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. 333g strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. By registering, you warrant that you meet this age requirement.
• You must be legally permitted to access and use online gambling services in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 333g complies with the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee of 333g or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or game studio partners.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. Access to 333g from such jurisdictions is undertaken entirely at the user's own risk and outside the scope of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balances held.
• You must not already hold an existing 333g account. Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) account at any time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed upon detection, with any associated balances subject to review and potential forfeiture.

333g reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the registration process or the lifetime of your account. This may include, but is not limited to, a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate and current, and you undertake to notify 333g promptly of any changes to your registered details by contacting the support team at [email protected].

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 333g account credentials, including your username and password. 333g will never ask you to disclose your password via email, chat, or any other channel. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and change it immediately if you suspect it has been compromised.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when accessing the platform from a shared or public device.
• Notify 333g immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Take full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you have authorised that activity, until you notify 333g of any unauthorised access.

333g will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any attempt to share, sell, transfer, or assign your 333g account to another person is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

333g reserves the right to suspend or close any account that it reasonably suspects has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, or where there is evidence of account sharing, credential trading, or any other breach of account security obligations.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 333g are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). 333g supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 333g's discretion, subject to notice on the platform.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 333g BDT wallet instantly. Deposits via bank transfer or card may take longer depending on the issuing institution. 333g does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which 333g bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed by 333g within an average of 15 minutes for mobile financial service channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) on a 24/7 basis. Bank and card withdrawals may take longer. Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed any applicable identity verification requirements and satisfied the wagering conditions of any active bonus.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible.
• 333g reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request above ৳50,000 or where unusual transaction patterns are detected.
• Players may not withdraw funds that were deposited but have not been wagered at least once on any eligible product.
• 333g will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The account holder and the payment method owner must be the same person.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets, wagers, and game rounds placed on 333g are subject to the product-specific rules published on the relevant section of the platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with those rules before placing any wager. The following general principles apply across all 333g products:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not accepted until a confirmation notification is displayed on screen and recorded in your transaction history. 333g reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including where it suspects the integrity of an event or where a manifest error in odds has occurred.

• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting is offered on selected cricket and sporting events. Odds update in real time and a bet placed during an in-play event is subject to the odds displayed at the moment of confirmed acceptance, not the odds displayed when the bet was initiated.
• Game Integrity: All casino games, slots, and virtual sports on 333g are supplied by certified, independently audited studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Their RNG (Random Number Generator) outcomes are governed by those studios' certification and are outside the direct control of 333g.
• Disputes: Any dispute regarding a bet or game outcome must be raised with the 333g support team within 30 days of the event in question. Disputes raised after this period may not be eligible for review.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses are available to Players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each offer, including age (21+), verification status, deposit method, and minimum deposit amount.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• 333g reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to any commitments already made to Players whose wagering is in progress.

• Session Time-Out: Players may apply a voluntary temporary suspension of their account for a specified period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom duration).

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 333g platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account on the 333g platform, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Using the platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.

• Exploiting any technical vulnerability, error, or loophole in the platform's software to gain an unfair advantage over 333g or other Players.

• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider trading, or collusion with other Players, event participants, or third parties to manipulate outcomes.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the source code of any 333g software or game.

9. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 333g's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your 333g BDT wallet in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, your account security obligations, or applicable law.

• Any tax liability arising from winnings or withdrawals, which remains entirely your personal responsibility.

11. Privacy & Data

333g collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

333g processes personal data for the following primary purposes: account management and identity verification, fraud prevention and anti-money-laundering compliance, processing of financial transactions, provision of customer support, and, where you have consented, delivery of promotional communications. 333g does not sell your personal data to third parties. 12. Termination

333g may suspend or permanently close your account with immediate effect and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, money-laundering, or criminal activity in connection with the account.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents when requested.
• Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 21.
• A Player's self-exclusion request.
• Any other circumstance where 333g reasonably determines that continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, financial, or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed by 333g due to a breach of these Terms, 333g reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Balances associated with fraudulent activity will be forfeited in their entirety.

13. Amendments to These Terms

333g reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 333g will notify registered Players via email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a period of not less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically and to ensure that you remain comfortable with their content. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 333g aims to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within that period, the parties may seek resolution through such further processes as are available under applicable law.

333g's decisions on matters relating to game outcomes, wagering results, bonus eligibility, and manifest errors are final and binding once confirmed in writing by a member of the 333g management team, except where a clear mathematical or technical error is subsequently demonstrated.
